The Role:
You'll own how WAA shows up on LinkedIn, on Instagram, in inboxes, and turn that presence into a steady stream of qualified conversations. This isn't a content volume game, It's about reaching the right people, saying the right things, and building the kind of warm relationships that convert.
You'll work directly with the founder on positioning and personal brand, and you'll turn audience-building into new business. This is a hands-on role. You'll own the execution but you won't be working in isolation; the founder is actively involved in content strategy, positioning and direction, so you'll have real input and support rather than a blank page.
What You'll Do:
- Own the content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Write and produce original content including posts, carousels, short-form video scripts and thought leadership in WAA's voice.
- Identify and engage the people who should know about us: product leads, brand directors, heads of digital.
- Run outbound social prospecting and warm outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the founder on positioning and personal brand content.
- Track what's working, cut what isn't, and report on pipeline contribution.
- Hand qualified leads cleanly into the sales process.
What We're Looking For:
- B2B social and outreach experience, ideally in design, agency, or professional services.
- Strong writing instincts; you understand brand voice, not just reach metrics.
- Self-directed and comfortable owning a function from scratch.
- Familiar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Buffer or similar.
- A genuine appreciation for design, UX, or brand strategy; this will come through in your work.
